Yesterly is built by a handful of people, working from wherever they live. There is no office. There is no headquarters. The team is remote-only by design, and we keep it small on purpose.
Who we look for
People who think in feelings before features. Writers, designers, and engineers who can hold a small emotional idea in their head for a long time without breaking it. We care about emotion, atmosphere, and the texture of an experience — not metrics, not growth loops, not optimisation.
The people we end up working with tend to share one quiet trait: they care more about how the product feels in someone's morning than about how much it earns by Friday.
How we work
Remote, asynchronous, and slow on purpose. We write more than we meet. We finish things before we announce them. We do not measure our days in tickets closed.
