When you create an account or download the Yesterly app, a contract forms between you and Yesterly Inc. The contract is these terms, plus the privacy policy linked from them.

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. You agree to use a real email address and not to impersonate anyone else. One person, one account.

Postcard is free forever. Magazine and Chapter are paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually through the Apple App Store or Google Play, under their terms. You can cancel any time inside the store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund requests are handled by Apple and Google according to their published policies. We will support any reasonable request you make to them.

Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or break the service. Do not use Yesterly to harass anyone. Do not resell access to your account. We may suspend or end accounts that do.

The Yesterly app, brand, copy, design, and software are owned by Yesterly Inc. The licensed cultural data (charts, news, weather) belongs to its respective rights-holders. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app while your account is active.

Yesterly is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee perfect availability or perfect historical data. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months.

We will post any change here and notify you in the app and by email at least thirty days before it takes effect, unless we have to move faster for legal reasons.

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes go to the courts of Delaware.
